Booking Terms and Conditions

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. BY BOOKING ANY TRAVEL, TOUR, EXCURSION, CRUISE, RESORT STAY, OR OTHER SERVICE THROUGH IBOOKIGO, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW.

Tour and Excursion Terms

iBookiGo utilizes third-party tour and excursion operators (“Operators”) for tours and shore excursions (“Excursions”). All Excursions are subject to cancellation, substitution, or change without prior notice. Operators reserve the right to deny participation to any guest based on criteria they may establish.

iBookiGo does not own, control, operate, or manage any transportation provider, tour company, excursion operator, cruise line, airline, hotel, resort, or other supplier. All such suppliers are independent contractors, and there are no joint ventures, partnerships, or co-sponsored activities between iBookiGo and any supplier.

iBookiGo assumes no responsibility or liability for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity that may occur during or as a result of any Excursion or supplier-provided service, including but not limited to lost or stolen property, personal injury, illness, or death.

iBookiGo is not responsible for any negligent act, omission, or failure to act by any Operator or supplier and shall not be liable for any alleged negligence in selecting or offering their services.

Excursions operate rain or shine unless otherwise notified by the Operator.

Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

Participation in travel, tours, and excursions involves inherent risks. The guest voluntarily assumes 100% of all risks associated with travel and participation in any Excursion or supplier-provided service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the guest releases and holds harmless iBookiGo, its owners, agents, representatives, employees, directors, and officers from any and all claims, actions, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to travel arrangements, excursions, or supplier services.

Third-Party Supplier Responsibility

iBookiGo acts solely as a booking agent for third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to cruise lines, airlines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, and transportation providers. iBookiGo is not responsible for supplier actions, omissions, schedule changes, itinerary changes, mechanical issues, overbookings, or service disruptions.

Force Majeure / Events Beyond Control

iBookiGo shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, changes, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, natural disasters, mechanical failures, labor disputes, government actions, port closures, pandemics, epidemics, or supplier insolvency.

Pricing, Payments & Changes

All prices are subject to availability and change until paid in full. iBookiGo is not responsible for supplier-imposed price increases, fuel surcharges, taxes, fees, or changes to inclusions that occur after booking.

Refunds, cancellations, and penalties are governed by the individual supplier’s policies, not iBookiGo’s, as further outlined below under “Refunds & Supplier Policies.” Administrative, planning, or professional service fees charged by iBookiGo, if any, are non-refundable once booking services have commenced.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, supplier default, and other unforeseen events. If a guest declines travel insurance, the guest assumes full financial responsibility for any losses incurred.

Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements

Guests are solely responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and meet all entry requirements for their destinations. iBookiGo is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, or travel disruptions due to improper or insufficient documentation.

Adults-Only & Lifestyle Travel Acknowledgment

Certain travel experiences offered or promoted by iBookiGo may be adults-only or lifestyle-oriented. By booking such travel, the guest confirms they meet all age requirements and understand the nature of the experience. No refunds will be issued based on personal discomfort or misunderstanding of the experience type.

Minors

These terms apply to the guest, any assigned traveler, and any minors for whom the guest books travel. By booking travel for a minor, the guest represents they have authority to bind the minor and agrees to defend and indemnify iBookiGo for any claims brought by or on behalf of the minor.

Limitation of Liability & Jurisdiction

To the extent any damages are recoverable against iBookiGo, such damages shall be limited to the amount paid directly to iBookiGo for the applicable booking.

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Nebraska. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nebraska. The guest waives any right to a jury trial.

Errors, Omissions & Good-Faith Mistakes

iBookiGo acts in good faith to provide accurate information and properly arrange travel services. However, iBookiGo is not responsible for errors, omissions, typographical mistakes, miscommunications, or changes resulting from information provided by third-party suppliers, booking systems, or the guest.

In the event of a good-faith error made by iBookiGo, the guest agrees that iBookiGo’s responsibility, if any, shall be limited to reasonable efforts to assist the guest in seeking a resolution with the applicable supplier. iBookiGo is not required to issue refunds or reimbursements unless and until the supplier authorizes and provides such refund.

iBookiGo shall not be liable for supplier refusal to refund, supplier-imposed penalties, or non-refundable bookings, even when an error or miscommunication has occurred.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iBookiGo shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from any error or omission, including but not limited to additional expenses, lost time, missed connections, or emotional distress. The guest agrees that good-faith errors do not constitute a material breach of contract.

Refunds & Supplier Policies

All refunds, cancellations, and change penalties are governed solely by the terms and conditions of the applicable travel supplier. iBookiGo does not issue refunds for supplier-imposed penalties or non-refundable bookings.

Refunds will only be processed if and when the supplier authorizes and issues a refund. If a supplier denies, limits, or delays a refund for any reason, the guest agrees that iBookiGo shall not be responsible for issuing a refund on the supplier’s behalf.

iBookiGo has no control over supplier refund decisions, timelines, or policies, and makes no guarantees regarding refund eligibility.

69 Cruises & Resorts – Lifestyle Travel Terms

69 Cruises & Resorts is a curated division of iBookiGo Travel specializing in adults-only, lifestyle-oriented cruises, resorts, and events.  These experiences may include clothing-optional environments, themed nightlife, adult social atmospheres, and content intended for mature, open-minded travelers.

By booking travel through 69 Cruises & Resorts, the guest confirms that all travelers are at least 21 years of age (or meet the minimum age requirements established by the supplier) and voluntarily choose to participate in an adults-only lifestyle travel experience.

The guest acknowledges that comfort levels, social interactions, attire policies, and onboard or on-property activities may differ significantly from traditional cruises or resorts. No refunds will be issued due to personal discomfort, changes in relationship status, differing expectations, or misunderstandings regarding the nature of the experience.

iBookiGo does not control the behavior of guests, hosts, entertainers, or staff onboard cruises or at resorts and assumes no responsibility for personal interactions, conduct, or experiences between guests.

Participation in lifestyle travel is entirely voluntary, and the guest assumes full responsibility for their choices and conduct during the trip. Guests agree to comply with all supplier rules, codes of conduct, and local laws at all times.

Acceptance of Terms

Acceptance of these terms occurs at the time of booking, payment, or participation in any travel arranged by iBookiGo, whether completed online, by phone, email, or in person. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
